Practical Learning for Hunters
Gerd Brinkner is an experienced hunter and specialist in dealing with game meat. His practice-oriented seminars are aimed at hunters who want to improve their skills in game processing and preparation.
Seminar schedule:
• Group size: Each seminar takes place with a fixed group of 10 participants to ensure optimal support.
• Practical work: The participants work in teams of two on a deer. Gerd first demonstrates each step of the process - from the correct cutting to the processing. The participants then put what they have been shown into practice themselves, accompanied by detailed explanations and individual assistance from Gerd.
• Preparation and enjoyment: After processing, the game is freshly prepared on a hot plate. Participants can taste the meat they have prepared and take it home with them if they wish.
